Refund Policy

At Bath and Brew, each candle is crafted with care, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. Because our products are handmade and often created to order, and due to the nature of candle goods, all sales are final. By making a purchase with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. No Refunds

Bath and Brew does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong scent, size, color, or product

  • Perceived differences in product appearance (normal variations occur in handmade items)

  • Scent preferences

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

All purchases are final once payment is completed.


2. No Cancellations

Because orders move into preparation shortly after being placed, we cannot cancel orders once they have been submitted, regardless of the processing or shipping status.

Please review your cart, shipping address, and product selections carefully before checking out.


3. No Returns or Exchanges

For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, Bath and Brew does not accept:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Product swaps

Unopened or unused items are also not eligible for return.
 

4. Damaged or Defective Items

While we cannot offer refunds or returns, we do want every customer to receive their order in perfect condition.

If your item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Clear photos of the product and packaging

  3. A brief description of the issue

We will review the claim and may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.
Damage claims submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for review.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Bath and Brew is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Carrier delays, errors, or theft

If a package is lost in transit (never marked delivered), we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement.


6. Delivery Address Issues

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information.
Bath and Brew is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Orders cannot be re-shipped or refunded.
 

7. Handmade Product Disclaimer

Due to the artisanal nature of our candles:

  • Slight variations in color, texture, frosting, or wick placement

  • Minor imperfections or differences between batches

…are normal and not considered defects. These variations do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
 

8. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Bath and Brew, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in full.
